We recently used St Michael's Groundworks and were extremely impressed with the quality of work carried out by James and his team. The project involved relocating existing water pipes to the correct depth in accordance with current regulations, adjusting and installing new soil pipework, constructing a new manhole, and installing a French drain to improve drainage around the property. The team also installed the required ducting to the correct specification and ensured all works were completed to a very high standard. Throughout the project, James demonstrated excellent knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. The workmanship was outstanding, and the Building Surveyor specifically commented on the quality of the installation and the high standard of the completed works. James and Dan did some exceptional work for me. They also gave some great advice before the project which helped me to identify the cause of damp I was having. They adjusted things as needed when there were a few minor snags in the project and also removed all the project waste and very kindly removed some extra waste as well. They were also very friendly and approachable, so I was able to discuss my queries with them and design the scope of the project together.
